Before teaming up with Brandefined, Marla of Luv My Bag struggled to promote her own website and build a Facebook presence for her business. When she came to us, she had a mere 207 likes to show for her 9 years of diligent effort. After analyzing the web presence she had built for herslef, we partnered her with one of our strategists and they worked together to build a campaign that would increase likes on her business page. They also discussed the different types of content Marla could use that would engage her fans instead of simply selling to them. Her likes began increasing quickly and her new content strategy translated into higher engagement and more sales for her business. Once we began noticing a growth in interaction, we designed a landing page for Luv My Bag that encouraged a stronger conversion rate.
This initial campaign added 1,307 new likes to Marla’s page in just five months. Furthermore, she received a total of 2,135 clicks, representing over 2,000 new visitors to her Facebook page. Luv My Bag on Facebook also had 2,559 page engagements from the ads. These combined efforts have resulted in higher exposure and increased sales that have allowed her to invest in further marketing efforts with Brandefined.

Her typical clients already have a presence on Facebook which makes it an ideal medium for her to interact with them. We began with a strong targeting strategy for the first round of ads and easily reached Marla’s demographic. The campaign included a set of ads directed toward new moms and a set of ads directed toward new grandparents.
We built a diverse campaign for Luv My Bag. We incorporated standard Facebook ads, mobile ads, sponsored stories, promoted posts, landing pages, and special offers. With this approach, we placed her campaign in front of people in several different ways and generated some excellent branding and exposure. The campaign for The Yarn Company was unique in that it targeted internationally. By reaching people in their native language, we distinguished her ads. Promoting a specific shipping rate allowed us to present a unique offer to her foreign audience. Tavy also featured beautifully knit unique pieces in her posts, which allowed us to put customized content in front of her audience.
