Brandefined Announces Jordan Polly as Executive Director
Brandefined is proud to announce the promotion of Jordan Polly to Executive Director as the company enters its next era of growth from its new Hillsboro office at Rock Creek Corporate Center. Jordan brings nearly a decade of experience with Brandefined, a degree in marketing, and a deep working knowledge of the company from the inside out. His career has grown across the operating core of the business, including revenue development, client experience, digital advertising, search visibility, account leadership, campaign execution, hiring support, training, technology implementation, process improvement, and daily operations. That range of experience is what makes this promotion significant. Jordan has not led from one narrow seat. He has helped build, support, train, execute, and improve many of the teams, systems, and standards that move Brandefined forward. Over the years, Jordan has led sales development representatives, supported account management teams, assisted with hiring and onboarding, trained new team members, strengthened internal workflows, improved client execution, and contributed to the operational foundation behind Brandefined’s continued growth.
As Brandefined celebrates 15 years in business and 29 company distinctions, Jordan has been part of a major chapter of that story. His work has contributed to the consistency, client focus, team development, and execution behind the company’s momentum over the last decade. As Executive Director, Jordan will help lead Brandefined through its next phase of growth in 2026, 2027, and beyond.
